One on One Training

With one-on-one training, the focus is on you and you alone. I will design your one-on-one exercise program – taking into account your specific goals, current condition, health requirements, lifestyle and of course your body composition from your assessment.

Partner Training

This service is designed for 2 people to share a customized personal training session. Partner training sessions are a perfect fit for friends, workout buddies and couples that share similar health and fitness goals.

Bootcamp Training

My bootcamp is designed for maximum calorie burn in the hour that you are working out with me. I want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly, make fitness FUN!
