If you are looking for quick, but intense workouts, this program is for you. A few minutes of hard exercise is always better than nothing, and it can have real, lasting benefits. This is a 5 week program. It includes a total of 25 workouts (5 workouts per week). All workouts are 20 minute AMRAPS, which means As Many Rounds As Possible. This program is versatile to gym or home and appropriate for beginner or advanced fitness levels. You can choose the amount of weight you use.
