You do need Dumbbells to perform the movements. 5lbs. & 10 lbs. If you are a beginner, I suggest 3lbs. & 5lbs. You will also complete Fasted Cardio on this program, which you will complete before eating any meals. She lost a total of 29 lbs. She did the supplementation program along with this workout program. This program is a great 30 day jump start!
